Deliveries

As far as is possible, we try to make sure that all our items are in stock so your waiting time is kept to a minimum.

If an item isn’t in stock, we will let you know and give you an estimated delivery date. Otherwise, please allow 5 working days for delivery (excludes non-mainland UK and heavy items).

Overseas, BFPO and non-mainland UK deliveries

Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 (UK mainland only). For overseas, BFPO & non-mainland UK deliveries, different postage charges apply.  Please email us at customercare@chamomilebarn.com with details of the order you would like to place and we will contact you to let you know the postage charge that applies and when you can expect your order if you decide to proceed.
Please note that for orders outside of the European Economic Community, import duty may apply.  Chamomile Barn Limited is not liable for any such costs.  Please contact your local Customs office to find out more.

Heavy items

We will notify you if delivery charges vary from the standard delivery charge.

Returns

We choose our products carefully to try to ensure you are completely delighted with them. However, if you are not happy with one of our items, we will arrange for a full refund (excluding delivery). All we ask is that you return the item to us unused, within 14 calendar days of delivery and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to meet the cost of returns or guarantee their receipt. You may wish to send your returns via recorded delivery for peace of mind.

Most items will be dispatched with care instructions, which can be found either on the product itself, or in an accompanying care information sheet. Please take the time to read these care instructions, as unfortunately we can’t accept items for refund or exchange if they have been damaged in contravention of the care instructions.
