Herb Drier

This beautiful herb drier will add rusic charm to any kitchen. Just tie your herbs in bunches with string and suspend them head down in a dry airy place. When the leaves are dry, remove them and keep them in an opaque container.  Alternatively, use it to dry flowers or hang in an open fireplace to smoke meats.
